Impact
In 2024, the Center for Leadership in the Future of Work continued to champion a human-led approach to the evolving world of work. This year’s Annual Report highlights how empathy, innovation, and collaboration remain at the core of our mission to inspire current and future leaders, advance cutting-edge research, and shape workplaces that prioritize human potential.
The Global HR Valley® CHRO Roundtable brought leaders together to address pressing workforce challenges with practical, human-centered solutions. Our Lecture Series featured thought-provoking talks, including Catrin Hinkel, CEO of Microsoft Switzerland, who shared insights on AI’s role in fostering people-centric workplaces. Research advancements explored leadership, emotional intelligence, collective ownership, and the integration of human qualities into the future of work.
