What are the most pressing challenges in the future of work? And what role can management research play in helping to solve those challenges? Join the Personal Development Workshop on “Shaping the Research Agenda on the Future of Work” at the Academy of Management Annual General Meeting 2022, organized by Prof. Lauren Howe, Prof. Laura M. Giurge and Prof. Dr. Jochen Menges.

In a panel session with Q&A, leading academics and practitioners will share their views on the future of work and the role of research in shaping it:

  • Gretchen spreitzer (University of Michigan), Associate Editor, AMA

Then, in themed roundtables, participants who sign up in advance will have the chance to present a research idea relevant to the future of work and receive feedback from a mix of junior and senior scholars. Roundtables will be facilitated by the organizers and Vera Hampel, Florence Bernays, and Jennifer L. Sparr.
