International Swiss Talent Forum 2025: The Future of Work

February 2025

How can we leverage technology to create a more human-centric future of work? That was the challenge Florence Bernays and Mary Hausfeld from CLFW posed to a diverse group of passionate students participating in the international student talent forum.

Over four days, participants explored critical questions such as What challenges do we face in the future of work? and What traits and behaviors make us uniquely human? Florence and Mary guided the teams through the complexities of these issues, providing feedback, fostering critical thinking, and helping them refine their ideas.

The teams developed innovative solutions addressing key workplace challenges:

Encouraging Open Communication: One team tackled the fear of speaking up at work. Their solution? An AI-powered assistant that gathers and anonymizes employee feedback, facilitating leadership discussions to address concerns—ensuring that every voice is heard and that leaders receive the support for addressing these topics together with their employees.

Watch the team explain their solution in their own words:

Enabling Seamless Knowledge Transfer: Another team focused on the issue of transferring knowledge between junior and more senior employees. They created a prototype AI assistant trained on senior employees’ expertise, allowing junior employees to access knowledge without feeling like they are interrupting—thereby making learning and collaboration effortless.

Watch the team explain their solution in their own words:

On the final day, teams presented their solutions, celebrating their achievements and receiving critical feedback from practitioners and experts on how to further develop their solutions.
