A quality rapport between leaders and their subordinates is one of the key ingredients of effective leadership. But leaders frequently lack insight into the genuine sentiments their subordinates hold towards them, which presents a challenge in cultivating a high-quality relationship.

We are recruiting pairs of leaders and followers to take part in an online survey.

All participants completing the survey in full before July 31st, 2023 receive free individual feedback on their own general emotional intelligence level, based on one of the most robust tests for emotional intelligence that currently exists, administered in just 90 minutes.
