Teamwork and good feelings

“Teamwork. How we work together successfully" was the topic of the recent "Talk im Turm", a UZH Alumni event during which CLFW senior researcher and lecturer Dr. Jennifer Sparr together with UZH Prof. Dr. Jan Schmutz shared insights from their research.

This was a great opportunity to discuss the CLFW's research on the role of emotions, emotional intelligence and emotional fit for successful collaboration in organizations, especially in hybrid working environments and in times of uncertainty and crisis. In addition, both researchers emphasized the importance of participatory leadership, good communication and psychological safety for teamwork, for the benefit of team members’ health and performance.
