Women in Leadership Lives (WILL) conference

Prof. Dr. Lauren Howe attended the Women in Leadership Lives conference at the University of St. Gallen, organized by Prof. Jamie L. Gloor. She joined a group of keynotes and early-career scholars from the the US, the UK, Canada, Germany, Switzerland—and beyond— working across psychology, organizational behavior, entrepreneurship, and operations management on topics related to gender/diversity and leadership. Lauren presented a piece of research conducted with colleagues from Stanford on how patients respond differently to doctors based on race and gender.
